Among other responsibilities this team is responsible for:
- greeting participants
- show visitors around the club
- explain to NSC members what the event is (Debbie suggested: - let’s use regattas as a reason to ‘greet/chat with anyone who you DON’T know.)
- have a beverage with visitors and chat about sailing experiences and the Ottawa river
- guide visitors where to park / moor / launch
- operate the cranes
- highlight the club's facilities
- decorate the club house
- run participant check-in.
